- En España, 1 de cada 3 titulados universitarios (35% frente al 22% de la UE) tiene un empleo inferior a su nivel académico, con una inserción laboral especialmente baja para Humanidades, Estudios Sociales y Artes, lo que afecta más acusadamente a las mujeres.
- La matriculación en FP grado medio en España (40% de los estudiantes de FP) sigue siendo inferior a la media de la UE, con Sanidad (30,5%), Negocios (19%) e ingeniería (17%) como opciones principales que reflejan las señales del mercado de trabajo.

Pese a la necesidad de estos perfiles profesionales, la matriculación en FP grado medio sigue estando en España por debajo de la media europea: un 40% frente al 52,4% de la UE en 2023. Sanidad (30,5%), Negocios (18,7%) e Ingeniería (16,7%) son las especialidades con más porcentaje de matriculaciones tanto en FP grado medio como en FP grado superior, lo que reflejaría las necesidades en el mercado de trabajo.
Oferta formativa alineada con el mercado laboral actual
