Hoy en día el salario ya no lo es todo. Cada vez más trabajadores valoran aspectos como la conciliación, la salud mental o la flexibilidad horaria por encima del salario. De hecho, el 41,9% considera que el salario emocional —entendido como el conjunto de beneficios no monetarios vinculados al bienestar y la calidad de vida— pesa más que la retribución económica. Esta tendencia se refleja también en las decisiones laborales: casi 4 de cada 10 empleados aseguran haber rechazado una oferta de trabajo por no incluir este tipo de beneficios, un porcentaje que asciende al 52,2% entre los jóvenes de entre 25 y 34 años, según se desprende del “Estudio sobre las Perspectivas Laborales Intergeneracionales” elaborado por Gi Group Holding. Así, el mensaje es claro: las organizaciones que deseen atraer y retener talento deben adaptarse a estas nuevas prioridades.

Conscientes de esta evolución, Gi Group Holding, multinacional que ofrece soluciones 360º de RRHH, y Vitaance, plataforma de beneficios personalizados para empresas que ayuda a optimizar el gasto y maximizar el impacto de sus programas de bienestar, han cerrado un acuerdo de colaboración para ofrecer a toda la plantilla de Gi Group Holding una solución digital orientada a mejorar el bienestar emocional, físico y financiero de los empleados. Cuando los empleados pueden escoger los beneficios que mejor se adaptan a sus necesidades, el bienestar deja de ser un complemento para integrarse de forma natural en su rutina diaria. Este cambio tiene un impacto directo en la motivación, el compromiso y también en los resultados de negocio”, explica.

El salario emocional es un elemento decisivo en la relación empresa-empleado

Los datos avalan este enfoque: las empresas que ofrecen beneficios personalizados alcanzan tasas de uso y participación del 90%, frente al 20% habitual en los programas tradicionales. En el caso de Vitaance, el 61% de los empleados interactúa con contenidos de bienestar, el 56% participa en dinámicas de bienestar emocional y el 42% en retos deportivos online. Esta participación demuestra que cuando se otorga libertad de elección, el bienestar deja de ser un extra para convertirse en parte esencial del día a día laboral.

Asimismo, del análisis de uso de la app se desprende que las áreas más demandadas son la salud física y el fitness (62%), seguidas de la salud mental (13,3%), la productividad en el trabajo (7,5%) y el bienestar financiero (5%).
