Randstad, la empresa de talento número uno en España y el mundo, ha publicado las previsiones de contratación con motivo de la llegada del Black Friday, el próximo 28 de noviembre, y el Cyber Monday, el lunes 1 de diciembre. Estas fechas, que en los últimos años se han consolidado como auténticos hitos del consumo gracias a sus ofertas y promociones, impulsan a numerosas empresas a reforzar sus plantillas para hacer frente al aumento de la demanda. Para llevar a cabo estas previsiones, Randstad ha tenido en cuenta los sectores de comercio, logística y transporte, directamente relacionados con el incremento de la actividad durante este periodo.
Randstad prevé que el Black Friday y el Cyber Monday generarán alrededor de 110.830 contrataciones en España, una cifra muy similar a la alcanzada en 2024 (110.795). Estas cifras hacen referencia a nuevos contratos firmados en los sectores del comercio y de logística y transporte durante el mes de noviembre.
«Aunque este año el volumen de contrataciones no crece respecto a la campaña pasada, el Black Friday sigue siendo un momento clave para sectores como el comercio, la logística y el transporte. La menor capacidad de gasto de las familias tras años de aumentos de precios y el efecto de la reforma laboral —que ha reducido el número de contratos nuevos al recurrir muchas empresas a llamamientos de fijos discontinuos ya existentes— explican esta estabilidad. En cualquier caso, esta campaña continúa marcando el inicio de la temporada navideña y supone una oportunidad esencial para dinamizar el empleo y la actividad económica en nuestro país”, señala Andrés Menéndez, director general de Trabajo Temporal de Randstad.
Contratos por sectores
Si analizamos el peso por sectores, el 59,3% de los contratos se firmarán en transporte y logística, concretamente más de 65.700. Esta cifra supone un descenso del 6,8% respecto al año pasado. Por otro lado, el comercio representará el 40,7% del total, alcanzando alrededor de 45.100 empleos, lo que supone un crecimiento del 12,1% en comparación con 2024.
Asturias, Navarra y Castilla-La Mancha, a la cabeza en crecimiento
En términos de volumen, Cataluña vuelve a liderar las contrataciones con 19.680 firmas, seguida muy de cerca por Andalucía (18.680) y la Comunidad de Madrid (18.180). Entre las tres concentran más de la mitad de las oportunidades laborales de la campaña del Black Friday y el Cyber Monday.
Otras comunidades también mantienen un papel relevante, consolidando su posición respecto al año pasado: la Comunidad Valenciana supera los 13.000 contratos, Galicia registra más de 6.100, Canarias alcanza 5.640 y País Vasco roza los 5.400. Estas regiones muestran estabilidad en su aportación al empleo en estas fechas, confirmando que el impacto del Black Friday es transversal en el conjunto del país.
Al mismo tiempo, comunidades de menor tamaño en términos absolutos también muestran una evolución positiva, como Navarra, el Principado de Asturias o Castilla-La Mancha, que incrementan de manera notable sus cifras frente al año anterior.
En contraste, algunos territorios registran descensos en el volumen de contrataciones, siendo el caso de La Rioja, Andalucía o Galicia, aunque en la mayoría de ellos continúan siendo un motor de empleo en la campaña de consumo más importante del año.
Disponibilidad, experiencia y rápida adaptación al puesto
Las principales demandas de las empresas logísticas para dar respuesta al tradicional repunte del consumo que se da en estas fechas serán empaquetadores, carretilleros, mozos de almacén y transportistas, además de profesionales destinados a la atención al cliente para atender el auge del comercio electrónico.
El sector del comercio, por su parte, reforzará sus plantillas principalmente con dependientes, promotores y perfiles comerciales, entre los que se valora el trato cercano con el cliente y sus dotes comunicativas. Tanto para el sector logístico como para el relacionado con el retail, las empresas valoran cada vez más candidatos con competencias digitales y conocimiento de plataformas como consecuencia del incremento del comercio electrónico.
