El mercado laboral español encara 2025 en plena transformación. Así lo revela el Informe EP+D 2025 (Estudio de Posiciones y Competencias más demandas), elaborado por la Asociación Española de Directores de Recursos Humanos (AEDRH) a través de su comunidad e Talento y Liderazgo junto con EUDE Business School, CRHEO Recursos Humanos y Foro Inserta Responsable. Con la participación de 252 empresas de todos los sectores y comunidades autónomas, el estudio ofrece una visión precisa de las posiciones más demandadas, las competencias clave y los desafíos que marcarán el futuro del empleo en España.
El informe revela que el 39% de las empresas españolas prevé aumentar contrataciones este año, frente a un 14,8% que anticipa reducciones. Sin embargo, el 20% de los procesos de selección no llega a completarse por falta de perfiles adecuados, lo que evidencia un fuerte desajuste entre oferta y demanda de talento. Juan Neble Hasta, Director de Recursos Humanos en Hipoges y miembro de la Comunidad de Talento y Liderazgo (AEDRH), incide en esta discordancia: “estamos ante un talento extremadamente exigente y unas empresas que empiezan a ver problemas en reclutamiento, selección y compromiso. La “guerra por el talento” se consolida como uno de los grandes desafíos empresariales. Las compañías valoran especialmente el liderazgo transformador, la adaptabilidad, la orientación al aprendizaje y la visión estratégica.
En palabras de María Sánchez, Directora de Personas, Calidad y RSC en IFEMA, miembro de la Comunidad de Talento y Liderazgo y de la Junta Directiva de la AEDRH, “este estudio confirma las tendencias que veníamos observando: las empresas buscan un liderazgo transformador, personas con capacidad de aprendizaje, flexibilidad y visión estratégica del mercado empresarial”.
La flexibilidad laboral se ha convertido en un factor crítico: el 77% de las empresas afirma que condiciona sus procesos de selección. Además, el 35% prevé aumentar la contratación de talento sénior, reflejando una tendencia hacia equipos intergeneracionales más equilibrados.
En el ámbito educativo, la Formación Profesional (FP) se posiciona como el sistema más alineado con las necesidades reales del mercado (33,5%), por delante de la universidad (16,5%).
Inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje continuo
La irrupción de la inteligencia artificial (IA) genera inquietud, pero también una gran oportunidad de evolución. El 79% de las empresas considera que la IA impulsará el reskilling y la reconfiguración de competencias, reforzando la necesidad de aprendizaje continuo y la actualización tecnológica de las plantillas.
El estudio muestra una clara tendencia hacia perfiles híbridos, que combinen habilidades técnicas y “soft skills”. Las empresas buscan profesionales capaces de liderar la transformación digital sin perder la perspectiva humana.
Para Paolo Lombardo Expósito, responsable académico del área de RR.HH. en EUDE Business School, “la transformación digital se está llevando a cabo más rápido de lo que las empresas están siendo capaces de manejar.
