Dunas Capital Real Estate, el área de gestión de activos inmobiliarios del Grupo Dunas Capital, ha anunciado la incorporación de Beatriz Olabarría como nueva directora comercial y de desarrollo de negocio, en el marco de su estrategia de crecimiento y consolidación. Con esta incorporación, la firma mantiene su apuesta por liderar operaciones en el sector inmologístico.
En su nueva responsabilidad, Olabarría contribuirá al impulso de los macroproyectos logísticos de Dunas Capital Real Estate en Noblejas y en Meco, con el objetivo de convertir estos desarrollos en polo de atracción para operadores nacionales e internacionales. Además continuará el proceso de expansión e inversión de Dunas Capital Real Estate impulsando la promoción de proyectos llave en mano para grandes plataformas de usuarios finales.
Olabarría cuenta con una destacada trayectoria en el sector inmologístico, habiendo dirigido desde 2019 la división de Industrial & Logístico en CBRE, con foco en grandes corporaciones. Ha liderado operaciones de alquiler e inversión inmobiliaria de gran volumen en los últimos años, ayudando a numerosas multinacionales a establecerse en España. Con anterioridad, había formado parte del equipo de transacciones y restructuring en PwC.
