    Chalito se alza con el galardón al Mejor Concepto de Restauración en los Premios AECC 2025

    Madrid, 26 de septiembre de 2025. – Chalito ha sido distinguido con el Premio al Mejor Concepto de Restauración en la última edición de los prestigiosos Premios AECC 2025, entregados ayer en el marco del XXI Congreso Español de Centros y Parques Comerciales, celebrado en Madrid con la asistencia de más de 1.400 profesionales del sector.

    Estos galardones, organizados por la Asociación Española de Centros y Parques Comerciales (AECC), son reconocidos como el mejor escaparate del talento, la innovación y la capacidad de transformación de un sector que continúa siendo motor económico y social en España. Tal como subrayó José Enrique Alvar Lomas, presidente del jurado y head of Real Estate de MediaMarkt España: “Los Premios AECC son el mejor reflejo de la innovación y la excelencia que marcan el rumbo de nuestro sector”.

    El premio al Mejor Concepto de Restauración ha supuesto un reconocimiento al modelo de negocio desarrollado por Chalito, que inició su andadura en 2017 en Barcelona. Tras una primera fase de consolidación en la capital catalana y alrededores, desde 2024 la compañía ha puesto en marcha un sólido y ambicioso plan de expansión que ya le ha llevado a abrir locales en la Comunidad de Madrid y en Girona, con nuevos proyectos en curso.

    En palabras de Juan Manuel Lema, uno de los socios fundadores de Chalito:
    “Premios como este son una visión externa que contribuye a ratificar el trabajo hecho y logrado. En apenas año y medio hemos pasado de 3 a 23 locales, y que una asociación tan prestigiosa como la AECC reconozca nuestra labor en este proceso de expansión es un impulso para seguir adelante. Además, recibir este galardón rodeados de profesionales del sector nos abre muchas puertas y genera oportunidades de networking clave para nuestras futuras aperturas”.

    La edición de este año ha contado con 101 candidaturas presentadas en distintas categorías: Sostenibilidad, Marketing y Comunicación, Comerciantes, y Centros y Parques Comerciales. Los premios han distinguido a aquellos proyectos, acciones y servicios que destacan por su calidad, criterios de ESG o carácter innovador, posicionándolos como referentes del sector en España.

    Con este reconocimiento, Chalito refuerza su posición como uno de los conceptos de restauración más dinámicos y en expansión del panorama nacional, consolidando un modelo que combina calidad, cercanía y visión empresarial.
