Barcelona, 22 de octubre de 2025 — La cadena de restauración Chalito, referente nacional en milanesas artesanales, inicia su segundo gran plan de expansión con una inversión de 4,5 millones de euros aportados por su socio inversor Luis Suárez y por fondos propios de la compañía. Este nuevo impulso permitirá a Chalito pasar de los 21 establecimientos actuales a 35 locales operativos a lo largo de 2026, consolidando así su presencia en el mercado español.
Esta nueva fase llega tras un año de crecimiento sin precedentes. En los últimos doce meses, Chalito ha pasado de 5 a 21 puntos de venta, incluyendo restaurantes, dark kitchens y bright kitchens, tras una inversión acumulada de más de 10 millones de euros. Este crecimiento ha posicionado a la marca como pionera en la categoría de milanesas en España, transformando un plato tradicional en una experiencia gastronómica moderna y artesanal que conecta con un público cada vez más amplio.
El nuevo plan de expansión se iniciará con la apertura de un flagship en Madrid, ubicado en Calle Princesa número 3, junto a Plaza de España, en el corazón de la capital. Este espacio se convertirá en el buque insignia de la marca y será clave en el desarrollo de esta segunda etapa de crecimiento, tanto por su visibilidad como por su papel de modelo operativo para futuras aperturas.
