Buen comportamiento de la afiliación en septiembre, con aceleración de la contratación.
Crece ligeramente la afiliación y descienden en 135 mil los demandantes de empleo. La brecha entre paro registrado y efectivo crece hasta las 853 mil personas.
Los meses de septiembre suelen caracterizarse por unas variaciones moderadas del empleo en términos agregados, como consecuencia de la neutralización mutua de sectores con grandes oscilaciones en el mes, al alza (Educación) y a la baja (Hostelería, Comercio). A su vez, el volumen de demandantes de empleo suele reducirse y la contratación crece de manera significativa respecto a los meses de agosto, que son característicos por el bajo volumen de contratos rubricados.
La afiliación a la Seguridad Social en septiembre creció en 31.462 personas, un aumento de un 0,15%, lo que mejora el comportamiento en dicho mes de los tres años precedentes. El crecimiento interanual del empleo se acelera una décima, hasta un 2,36%. La cifra total de afiliados queda situada en los 21,70 millones de personas.
La contratación creció un 47,48% respecto a agosto, con un total de 1,53 millones de contratos. En comparación con el mes anterior, el intenso aumento de la contratación se ha producido tanto en la temporal (+33,00%) como en la indefinida (+72,04%). En términos interanuales, la temporal aumentó un 9,52% mientras que la indefinida creció un 7,18%.
Los demandantes de empleo disminuyeron en septiembre en 135.200 personas (-3,14%), mejorando lo observado en los tres agostos previos, y su cifra quedó situada en los 4,17 millones. Y los demandantes ocupados -entre los que se incluyen los que tienen un contrato fijo discontinuo en inactividad- descendieron en 118.389 personas y se situaron en los 1,19 millones. El paro registrado se redujo en 4.846 personas (-0,20%), con una ligera mejora respecto a lo registrado los tres septiembres precedentes. La cifra de parados se sitúa en los 2,42 millones.
En cuanto al paro efectivo -el que se obtiene sumando al paro registrado aquellos demandantes de empleo con relación laboral, esencialmente los fijos discontinuos en inactividad y descontando los trabajadores en ERTE- se situó en el último mes en 3,28 millones, con una brecha respecto al paro registrado de 853.009 personas. El paro efectivo crece respecto al mes anterior en 43.890 personas.
La afiliación desestacionalizada sitúa su crecimiento anual a un 2,35%
El paro registrado descendió, en términos desestacionalizados, en 29.689 personas durante septiembre, lo que pone de manifiesto que dicho mes ha sido positivo para esta variable.
La serie desestacionalizada de afiliación, según los criterios del Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones, ha reflejado en septiembre un aumento mensual de 56.700 personas, equivalente a un incremento del 0,26%.
En términos interanuales, la afiliación desestacionalizada crece un 2,35%, lo que incrementa una décima su ritmo de crecimiento interanual.
Baleares y Andalucía lideraron la pérdida de empleo. Comercio y Hostelería fueron los sectores que más empleo perdieron. Educación, el que más creó.
La afiliación a la Seguridad Social ha disminuido en 11 de las 17 comunidades autónoma y en Ceuta. Los mayores descensos se han medido en Baleares (-13.533) y Andalucía (-11.168). El mayor aumento, con gran diferencia, en Madrid (+45.903). El paro registrado disminuyó en 9 comunidades autónomas y en Melilla. Los mayores descensos se midieron en la Cataluña (-5.293) y Canarias (-4.842).
Por sectores, en septiembre la afiliación registró su mayor aumento en Educación (+63.983), seguido a gran distancia por Servicios Auxiliares (+24.013). Los sectores con mayor descenso del empleo, con gran diferencia, fueron Comercio (-45.515) y Hostelería (-34.529).
Indefinidos de muy corta duración: 40 mil personas firmaron más de uno en septiembre.
La contratación en septiembre creció un 47,48% respecto al mes anterior.El aumento ha venido explicado tanto por la contratación indefinida como por la temporal.En total, en el mes de septiembre se firmaron 1,53 millones de contratos.
En el caso de la contratación indefinida se firmaron 663.825 contratos en septiembre, lo que supone 277.970 más que en agosto (+72,04%). El 40,64% de los contratos indefinidos fueron a tiempo completo, frente a un 32,73% fijos discontinuos y un 26,63% indefinidos a tiempo parcial. Por otra parte, 39.853 personas firmaron en septiembre más de un contrato indefinido, lo que supone el 6% de todos aquellos que firmaron algún contrato de dicha naturaleza. Desde inicios de 2022 ha ocurrido con 1,37 millones de personas. La contratación temporal, por su parte, registró un crecimiento intermensual de 215.842 contratos (+33,00%).
En términos interanuales, la contratación ha crecido un 8,49%, con aumentos tanto en la contratación indefinida (+7,18%) como en la temporal (+9,52%).
