BBVA recibe el sello ‘Empresa impulsora del talento joven’ de la Fundación Universidad-Empresa en España.
La Fundación Universidad-Empresa (FUE) ha concedido por primera vez su sello “Empresa Impulsora del Talento Joven” a BBVA como compañía comprometida con la formación y el desarrollo de estudiantes en prácticas en España. Esta nueva certificación avala el cumplimiento de un riguroso estándar de calidad en la formación y desarrollo del talento joven, y reconoce a BBVA como un buen lugar para que los estudiantes aprendan y crezcan profesionalmente.
BBVA ha sido pionero en implantar un modelo formativo sólido y coherente con las prácticas de calidad. “El reto actual para las empresas es la velocidad del cambio. En BBVA afrontamos esta situación apostando por una hiper-personalización del desarrollo de nuestros profesionales, fomentando el aprendizaje continuo y poniendo en sus manos las herramientas que les permitan aprovechar todas las oportunidades”, ha dicho Mónica Villar García, manager de Adquisición de Talento de BBVA.
La entidad financiera organiza la gestión del talento alrededor de una visión integral que engloba la atracción, fidelización, formación y desarrollo profesional, enmarcada en una cultura organizativa con propósito, valores y bienestar. Con estas iniciativas, BBVA refuerza su objetivo de contar con un equipo ganador, preparado y comprometido.
Este sello, que no contempla niveles ni clasificaciones, sólo se otorga a aquellas organizaciones que superan un proceso de auditoría integral basado en cinco ejes clave que pueden ser medidos y evaluados en relación con la excelencia y la alta calidad de los programas: diseño de la plaza de prácticas; oferta y proceso de selección; incorporación y ´onboarding ´; tutorización y seguimiento; y formación adicional.
Para obtener el mismo, las empresas deben pasar un proceso de auditoría basado en unos indicadores de evaluación. El sello tendrá una validez anual y, tras la auditoría inicial en la que se ha obtenido el reconocimiento, se harán otras de seguimiento para revalidarlo.
Para Carmen Palomino, directora de la FUE, “el lanzamiento de esta certificación supone un paso adelante en nuestro compromiso por visibilizar a las compañías que apuestan de verdad por el desarrollo profesional de los jóvenes. Contar ya con entidades como BBVA entre las primeras en obtener esta certificación demuestra que es posible liderar desde el ejemplo, integrando la formación y el acompañamiento de nuevas generaciones como parte esencial de la estrategia empresarial”.
El sello cuenta con el apoyo de Cámara Certifica, una entidad de certificación y verificación ambiental independiente e imparcial, reconocida a nivel nacional e internacional y acreditada por la Entidad Nacional de Acreditación (ENAC), cuyo socio mayoritario es AENOR y que cuenta con una participación de la Cámara de Comercio de Madrid. A través de este acuerdo, Cámara Certifica aporta su conocimiento y recursos técnicos para incentivar los programas de prácticas y apoyar el compromiso de la FUE con el talento joven y las empresas que apuestan por él.
