Para Isabel Peña, directora general de la compañía, nunca ha habido cambios tan radicales como la irrupción de la IA, aunque Atesora, reveló, “ya está preparada” para acompañar a sus clientes en “un cambio que, más que tecnológico, es esencialmente humano”
En una organización hay fechas y años importantes y para Atesora Group este 2025 es, sin duda, uno de ellos. La consultora experta en desarrollar a organizaciones y profesionales en situaciones de cambio acaba de cumplir veinte años, un hito que ha celebrado con una fiesta aniversario que tuvo lugar el 2 de octubre y a la que asistieron más de un centenar de amigos y clientes que han acompañado a la compañía en este viaje compartido lleno de éxitos y aprendizajes y donde también ha demostrado saber anticiparse a los desafíos de cada época.

Por el escenario fueron pasando algunas de las personas importantes para el grupo, entre ellas su socio
fundador, Jorge Salinas, quien evocó cómo su despido siendo ejecutivo por la fusión de compañías fue el
germen de este proyecto que nació con vocación de situar a las personas en el centro de las organizaciones, con un enfoque humanista del liderazgo y el desarrollo.
“Aquí no hay clientes, hay amigos que, además, han decidido contar con los servicios de Atesora”, dijo orgulloso y agradecido por ver a tantas caras conocidas entre el público, a quien reveló uno de sus grandes aprendizajes en estas dos décadas: “no escuchéis a vuestros miedos y, cuidaos, si no paráis y
dedicáis tiempo a vuestro bienestar físico y emocional, no podréis cuidar del resto”.
Durante su intervención, Salinas evocó los momentos más difíciles, como el inicio de la pandemia, cuando el equipo supo reinventarse para seguir conectando conocimiento y emociones “a través del cristal de una pantalla”, un punto de inflexión que aceleró la transformación digital de la compañía.
Tras la proyección de un vídeo con testimonios del equipo, entre ellos el de su cofundador, Jaime Bacás,
llegó una de las sorpresas de la jornada: un viaje a través de los sentidos dirigido por Ovidio Peñalver,
uno de los máximos exponentes españoles en formación y desarrollo de habilidades directivas. “No
podemos ser mejores líderes que personas; el líder del siglo XXI tiene que ver futuro, escuchar voluntades, sentir personas, oler oportunidades y saborear momentos”, subrayó.
Desafíos y nuevas soluciones con IA
La encargada de cerrar el acto fue Isabel Peña, directora general de la compañía, quien invitó a
reflexionar sobre el papel de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en las organizaciones. “En la historia reciente
no ha habido cambios tan profundos como el que plantea la IA. Pero la verdadera transformación no es
tecnológica, sino humana. Requiere nuevos modelos de colaboración, liderazgo y gestión emocional”,
afirmó.
Con la mirada puesta en el futuro, señaló que Atesora, siempre a la vanguardia en innovación, “ya está
preparada” para acompañar a las empresas “en un cambio que no es un reto solo tecnológico, sino
esencialmente humano y que requiere un nuevo mindset y nuevas habilidades”.
Para terminar, Peña demostró en directo una de las herramientas digitales que Atesora utiliza ya para
