Madrid, 15 de octubre de 2025. Equifax, compañía global de soluciones de datos, analytics y tecnología, ha anunciado la incorporación de Álvaro Lancha como Director de Recursos Humanos para España y Portugal.

Desde su nueva posición, Álvaro liderará la estrategia de personas de Equifax en Iberia, impulsando una cultura de alto rendimiento centrada en el talento, la innovación y el desarrollo continuo. Su objetivo será fortalecer el compromiso y la atracción de profesionales, potenciar las capacidades del equipo a través de programas de formación y liderazgo, y alinear la gestión del talento con los objetivos de crecimiento del negocio. Con una sólida trayectoria y experiencia en el espectro completo de RRHH en compañías multinacionales, Álvaro aportará una visión estratégica orientada a la eficiencia, la diversidad y la excelencia operativa. Asimismo, como parte del Comité de Dirección trabajará para consolidar el papel de Equifax como una organización referente en gestión del talento y liderazgo responsable.

Con más de 20 años de experiencia internacional en gestión de talento y liderazgo organizacional, Álvaro Lancha ha desarrollado su carrera profesional principalmente en compañías de servicios financieros e ingeniería, liderando procesos de transformación cultural, programas de desarrollo de liderazgo y estrategias de atracción y retención de talento.

Antes de incorporarse a Equifax, Lancha ocupó el puesto de director de Recursos Humanos en Globalcaja, donde impulsó la creación de la Universidad Corporativa y nuevas políticas de desarrollo profesional. Anteriormente fue Chief People Officer en Eptisa-JSTI Group, dirigiendo la transformación global de RRHH y la implantación de soluciones de People Analytics, y director de Recursos Humanos en DLL (entidad perteneciente al grupo Rabobank), con responsabilidad sobre España, Portugal y Turquía.

Alvaro Lancha es licenciado en Administración de Empresas por Saint Louis University (EE.UU.), cuenta con formación ejecutiva en Columbia University, y está certificado en People Analytics y Coaching Ejecutivo.
