Agrosevilla, reconocida como referente nacional en transparencia y ética empresarial en los Premios Buen Gobierno Corporativo 2025.
La Roda de Andalucía, 9 de diciembre de 2025. – Agrosevilla ha sido distinguida en los Premios Buen Gobierno Corporativo 2025, otorgados en el marco del II Congreso de Buen Gobierno Corporativo, organizado por el Instituto de Gobernanza Empresarial. La compañía ha recibido el galardón a la Mejor Entidad Impulsora del Buen Gobierno (ex aequo), reconocimiento que pone de manifiesto su compromiso con la transparencia, la ética empresarial y la calidad de sus prácticas de gobernanza.
El premio ha sido recogido por Julio Roda, director general de Agrosevilla: “Este reconocimiento es un reflejo del trabajo que realizamos para consolidar un modelo de gobernanza responsable, transparente y orientado al largo plazo. Seguiremos impulsando prácticas que fortalezcan la confianza de nuestros agricultores, empleados, clientes y socios en todo el mundo”.
Galardonados en esta edición
- Mejor Consejo Asesor (ex aequo): ANTOLIN, galardón recogido por Emma Antolin, vicepresidenta de Antolin, y Delaviuda, recogido por su presidente, Manuel López Donaire.
- Mejor Entidad Impulsora del Buen Gobierno (ex aequo): AENOR, recogiendo el galardón su CEO, Rafael García Meiro, y Agrosevilla, cuyo galardón fue recibido por Julio Roda, su director general.
- Mejor Informe Gobierno Corporativo: Ges Seguros. Recogieron galardón José M.ª Sunyer (presidente) y Juan Antonio Montoya (secretario).
- Mejor Secretaría Consejo Administración: Pablo García Montañés, secretario general Grupo Andbank.
- Mejor Secretaría Consejo Empresa Familiar: Pedro Regojo Balboa, secretario general en Corporación Hijos de Rivera S.L.
- Mejor Secretaría Consejo Tercer Sector: Coloma Armero Montes, secretaria del Consejo Nacional de la Asociación Española contra el Cáncer (AECC).
El II Congreso de Buen Gobierno Corporativo organizado por el Instituto de Gobernanza Empresarial ha congregado a cerca de 300 empresarios/as, miembros de Consejos y Alta Dirección, debatiendo los principales retos en materia de gobernanza de las empresas españolas. Con un enfoque eminentemente práctico, expertos en la materia y consejeros y consejeras de distintas organizaciones, han abordado temas de alto impacto estratégico en la gobernanza empresarial actual, con diferentes paneles dedicados a los retos de las empresas familiares, a las nuevas tendencias globales en gobierno corporativo, el impacto de la inteligencia artificial y la ciberseguridad en la gobernanza; el valor estratégico de los consejos asesores, los retos funcionales de la CNR o las claves en las alianzas entre los roles de la presidencia y el CEO en el consejo.
El Congreso ha tenido lugar en la sede del Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de Madrid, siendo inaugurado por Enrique Serra, consejero delegado de CBNK Banco; Eva Turanzo, CEO del Instituto de Gobernanza Empresarial; y Paloma Marín, vicepresidenta de la CNMV.
Ha contado además con la intervención de personalidades tan destacadas como Antonio Catalán, Presidente de AC Hotels by Marriot; Belén Romana, Consejera en Inditex, Banco Santander, Werfen, SIX, BME; José Miguel Andrés Torrecillas, Vicepresidente del Consejo BBVA y Consejero Independiente en OHLA; Rita Estévez, Consejera en Línea Directa, Morabanc y Vodafone España/Zegona; Alberto Granados, Presidente Forética y del Consejo Empresarial Español Desarrollo Sostenible; Ramón Adell, Catedrático en Economía y Consejero en Naturgy, BBVA Allianz y Rostower SOCIMI; o Ángeles Santamaría, Consejera en Mapfre SA y FCC SMA y ex-CEO de Iberdrola España.
En palabras de Eva Turanzo, directora general de IGE | Instituto de Gobernanza Empresarial: «Este Congreso ha demostrado que la gobernanza se construye paso a paso y caso a caso.
