Affor Health lanza este 10 de octubre una guía pionera de Salud Mental y Experiencia de Empleado.

Madrid, 9 de octubre– Con motivo de la conmemoración del Día Mundial de la Salud Mental (10 de octubre), Affor Health ha presentado la «Hoja de Ruta: Guía sobre itinerarios para las etapas de la vida laboral», un documento estratégico destinado a transformar la experiencia del empleado. Este proyecto,
desarrollado por su Consejo Asesor Técnico, fue dado a conocer en un evento presencial celebrado en la sede de la Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE).
El informe, que ya está accesible para su descarga, examina la conexión crucial entre el ciclo de vida del empleado (employee journey) y su bienestar psicológico.

Una provocación para la actividad psicosocial
La jornada de presentación congregó a más de 40 asistentes en la Sala Carlos Ferrer Salat de la CEOE. La apertura institucional estuvo a cargo de Dña. Olimpia del Águila Cazorla, Jefa de Área de Seguridad Social, Igualdad y Diversidad de la CEOE, que recalcó la importancia de elevar la gestión
psicosocial en la agenda empresarial.
El primer bloque, moderado por Luz Garrido, Directora de People en Affor Health, contó con la participación de Alicia Chanca, Coordinadora de la obra, y Antonio González, Presidente del Consejo Asesor Técnico. Él fue el encargado de introducir la obra, destacando que el documento no debe
verse como una herramienta terminada o un fin, sino como una provocación para que las empresas inicien o profundicen el trabajo en lo psicosocial. Por su parte, Alicia Chanca hizo hincapié en la necesidad de gestionar momentos de alta tensión, como despidos o fusiones, y el miedo que estos generan en la
plantilla.
La experiencia del empleado y la seguridad psicológica
Posteriormente, se llevó a cabo un panel de debate sobre cómo optimizar la experiencia del empleado (EX) en el panorama laboral de 2025. El debate,dirigido por Jose Terol, Country Mánager de Affor Health en España, reunió a Asier Arriaga, Responsable de Salud Laboral en Uría Menéndez;
Verónica Martín Directora de People en Holcim; y David Barroeta, Experto en Experiencia de Empleado.

Barroeta inauguró la conversación al señalar la convergencia inédita entre la salud mental y la Experiencia del Empleado. Recalcó la urgencia de aceptar que la percepción individual de cada empleado es la realidad que debe abordarse. Los tres expertos coincidieron en que la gestión integral de la EX no
es aplicable sin una madurez organizacional que implique la valentía de escuchar abiertamente a los colaboradores.
En este contexto, se definió la seguridad psicológica como la base indispensable, entendida como la capacidad de cualquier persona de expresar su opinión sin temor a represalias o juicios.
Una de las afirmaciones más subrayadas del encuentro fue la de Asier Arriaga cuando comentó que: “La salud mental depende más de cómo es tu jefe que de cómo es tu terapeuta”. Este principio subraya el rol del liderazgo saludable como la palanca cultural más potente y el principal desafío para integrar
medidas preventivas en la operativa diaria. Complementando esto, Verónica Martín compartió la necesidad de identificar los «momentos de la verdad» en la trayectoria de cada colaborador para construir una sólida red de apoyo percibido.
Para asegurar la sostenibilidad del bienestar psicosocial, la jornada concluyó resaltando la obligación de recurrir a los datos (medir el impacto) y contar con el patrocinio e implicación activa de la alta dirección.
Esta «Hoja de Ruta» se posiciona, así, como una herramienta esencial para impulsar un futuro profesional donde el bienestar psicosocial se establezca como un motor estratégico para el éxito corporativo.
