En el ámbito europeo, ocupa el puesto 101, situándose entre el 11% de las universidades más destacadas del continente.
La Universidad de Navarra se sitúa en el puesto 101 de Europa según el QS Europe 2026. El ranking, que analiza a 958 universidades del continente europeo, posiciona al centro académico entre las instituciones más destacadas de Europa, superando al 89,6% de las universidades del continente.
En el contexto nacional, la Universidad de Navarra figura como la sexta mejor de España de las 62 analizadas. El centro académico destaca especialmente por ser la primera universidad del país en reputación entre empleadores (29 de Europa), un indicador basado en la encuesta anual que QS realiza a empleadores de todo el mundo. Además, es el cuarto de España en cuanto a resultados de empleabilidad (Employment Outcomes) y 54 de todo el continente.
El ranking QS Europe evalúa a las universidades a través de doce indicadores que analizan su calidad docente, investigación, internacionalidad, sostenibilidad y empleabilidad. El ranking también destaca la importancia de la internacionalidad de la Universidad de Navarra. Es la tercera de España en cuanto a la diversidad de su alumnado (107 de Europa) y está entre las 100 de Europa en cuanto a su número de alumnos atraídos (64) y enviados (79). También es la novena de España en cuanto a la diversidad de su profesorado internacional y 117 de Europa en reputación académica.
Otra área en la que destaca el ranking es la investigación. La Universidad de Navarra es la 198 de Europa en citas por artículo (sexta de España), resultado de más de 8.400 publicaciones del centro académico y 134.000 citas analizadas por QS.
Para la elaboración del estudio, QS utiliza información enviada por las instituciones, datos bibliométricos procedentes de Scopus (19 millones de publicaciones y otros 200 de citas), y encuestas de reputación académica y empleadores (1,5 millones de votos de académicos y medio millón de empleadores).
