La campaña de Navidad generará casi medio millón de contratos, un 15% más que el año pasado.
| El transporte y la logística será el sector que más contratos va a generar (211.400) y el que más crecerá, un 25,8% respecto al año anterior. Le sigue, la hostelería que registrará 179.000 (+10,6%) y el comercio con 100.775 (+5,2%). Castilla-La Mancha y Castilla y León lideran el crecimiento en contrataciones con incrementos del 24% y 19,5%, seguidas por Aragón y Asturias, que destacan en la zona norte con un alza del 19% y 18,7% respecto al 2023. Andalucía, Cataluña y Madrid concentran el mayor volumen de contrataciones en 2024, con más de 238.000 contratos previstos entre las tres comunidades autónomas. Empaquetadores, carretilleros, mozos de almacén, transportistas, profesionales de atención al cliente, dependientes y promotores son los perfiles más demandados por estas fechas. Madrid, 4 de diciembre de 2024.- Randstad, la empresa de talento número uno en España y el mundo, ha publicado sus previsiones de contratación para la campaña navideña, considerándola como el periodo entre el Black Friday y las rebajas de enero. Para llevar a cabo dichas previsiones, Randstad ha tenido en cuenta los sectores de comercio, hostelería y logística y transporte. Randstad prevé que la Navidad generará en nuestro país 491.175 nuevas contrataciones, un 15,4% más que la campaña del año pasado, cuando se firmaron 425.665 contratos de trabajo. En lo que se refiere a sectores, la logística y el transporte será el sector que más contratos va a generar (211.400) y el que más crecerá, un 25,8% respecto al año anterior cuando se cerraron 168.000. Por su parte, la hostelería, uno de los sectores más beneficiados por estas fechas, registrará 179.000 contratos, un 10,6% más que el año anterior (161.900). Y, finalmente, el comercio va a generar 100.775 contratos durante esta campaña, un 5,2% más que en 2023 (95.765). En cuanto al peso de los sectores, el transporte y la logística representan el 43% del total de vacantes, la hostelería un 36% y el comercio poco más del 20%.“La campaña navideña es, sin duda, uno de los momentos de mayor dinamismo en el mercado laboral, con un notable aumento de las contrataciones impulsado por el auge del consumo y la intensa actividad en sectores clave como el comercio, la logística y la hostelería. Este periodo refleja cómo las empresas redoblan esfuerzos para satisfacer la elevada demanda, destacando la importancia de reforzar sus plantillas para garantizar un servicio eficiente y de calidad. El contexto económico y las perspectivas también ayudan, ya que se prevé un 2025 positivo”, señala Andrés Menéndez, director general de Trabajo Temporal e Inhouse.  |
De entre las comunidades autónomas, destaca el buen comportamiento de Castilla-La Mancha y Castilla y León, que crecerán un 24% y un 19,5% respectivamente. Estas dos regiones encadenan balances positivos en su actividad a nivel de contratación. Asimismo, tenemos un dinamismo positivo en la zona norte de España, con un aumento importante de las contrataciones en Aragón (19%), Asturias (18,6%) y La Rioja (18,6%). Y, por último, cabe destacar el crecimiento de dos regiones donde el turismo, la hostelería y la actividad comercial son vitales en estas fechas: Canarias y Baleares, que registran un 18,5% y un 18,3%, de crecimiento de la contratación, respectivamente. Por otro lado, las comunidades con un incremento más moderado son: Cantabria (+3,4%), Andalucía (13,4%) y Murcia (14,1%).En el caso de la Comunidad Valenciana, el impacto de la DANA en su actividad económica para esta campaña de Navidad será importante, aunque mantendrá un crecimiento del 6,9% de la contratación respecto al año pasado. En el análisis de contrataciones previsto para 2024, Andalucía se posiciona como la comunidad autónoma con el mayor volumen, alcanzando las 86.360 contrataciones (+13,4% respecto al año anterior), seguida de Cataluña con 77.780 (16,2%) y la Comunidad de Madrid con 74.715 (16,9%), evidenciando su peso como motores económicos del país. Les siguen la Comunidad Valenciana, con 50.000 contrataciones, y Canarias, con 38.600, reflejando también su actividad destacada en sectores como el turismo y los servicios. En el extremo opuesto, las comunidades con menor volumen de contrataciones son La Rioja, con apenas 2.775 contratos, seguida de Cantabria con 6.845, y Extremadura con 8.240. Por su parte, Aragón y la Región de Murcia registran volúmenes más modestos, con 13.885 y 16.100 contrataciones respectivamente, mostrando un crecimiento más contenido en comparación con otras regiones del país. Las profesiones más demandadas para Navidad: El sector logístico será uno de los principales dinamizadores de la contratación durante la campaña navideña. De hecho, los perfiles que más demandarán las empresas logísticas para dar respuesta al aumento del consumo serán los de empaquetadores, carretilleros, mozos de almacén y transportistas, entre otros. Además, desde Randstad se detecta un incremento de las necesidades de profesionales destinados a la atención al cliente, tanto online como telefónica, con dominio de las herramientas tecnológicas necesarias para ello. La hostelería, por su parte, experimentará un importante incremento en la contratación, en buena parte, gracias al buen momento que atraviesa la actividad turística y la restauración. Las empresas tienen la necesidad de contratar camareros que cuenten con experiencia para responder al aumento de la demanda en un corto espacio de tiempo, aunque también otros perfiles orientados a la atención al cliente y con capacidad comercial. Además, las empresas tienen en cuenta aspectos como la predisposición a trabajar en equipo y a resolver problemas derivados de la operativa diaria. Finalmente, el sector del comercio, por su parte, reforzará sus plantillas con dependientes, promotores y perfiles comerciales, principalmente, entre los que se valora el trato cercano con el cliente y sus dotes comunicativas. Tanto para el sector logístico como para el relacionado con el retail, las empresas valoran cada vez más candidatos con competencias digitales y conocimiento de plataformas como consecuencia del incremento del comercio electrónico. |
