Dicha preparación, que también implica competencias digitales, personales y sociales, se lleva a cabo de la mano de Instagi, institución que agrupa a más de 300 empresas involucradas en el sector del gas y con quien la Fundación Adecco ha firmado un convenio de colaboración.
· Se han designado los municipios de Andoain, Irún, Lasarte y la zona este de la capital guipuzcoana como zonas de actuación, ya que presentan una combinación crítica de vulnerabilidades estructurales y personas en situación de desventaja sociolaboral.
· Las inscripciones están abiertas hasta enero de 2026
Donostia, 4 de noviembre de 2025.- Gracias al compromiso y apoyo del departamento de Promoción Económica, y Proyectos Estratégicos de la Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, la Fundación Adecco ha puesto en marcha TalentuaIndartuz, un proyecto de inclusión sociolaboral que combina orientación, formación transversal y teórica, así como intermediación laboral para mejorar la empleabilidad de personas vulnerables en varias zonas de la provincia vasca.
El programa, que se incluye en el Plan de Inclusión Sociolaboral de Gipuzkoa Elkar-EKIN Lanean (2025-2026) y Lanbide Servicio Público de Empleo para la Empleabilidad y Activación Inclusiva 2022-2026, busca fomentar la inclusión sociolaboral mediante un itinerario integral de orientación, formación y prospección laboral adaptado a una oportunidad real del mercado: el sector energético. Se trata de una formación orientada al acceso al empleo en un sector con elevada demanda: la instalación y mantenimiento de sistemas de gas canalizado. “Con un itinerario dual, que combina formación teórica con experiencia práctica, se pretende dotar a las personas participantes de las habilidades y competencias necesarias para acceder al mercado laboral, en un sector de alta demanda. El objetivo es abrir la puerta a un trabajo justo, estable y de calidad”, explica Montserrat Izaguirre, directora regional de la Fundación Adecco en Euskadi.
El itinerario, que también contempla la formación en competencias digitales, personales y sociales, se lleva a cabo de la mano de Instagi, institución que agrupa a más de 300 empresas involucradas en el sector del gas y con quien la Fundación Adecco ha firmado un convenio de colaboración esta mañana en las oficinas de Instagi ubicadas en Portuetxe, Donostia.
“Desde Instagi compartimos plenamente el espíritu de este programa, que pone a las personas en el centro y apuesta por la inclusión social a través del empleo. Creemos que ofrecer oportunidades reales de inserción en el ámbito de las instalaciones energéticas es una manera eficaz de generar bienestar, cohesión y futuro en nuestra sociedad. Como representantes del sector, entendemos que debemos estar presentes y comprometidos en este tipo de iniciativas, aportando nuestra experiencia y capacidad para conectar la formación con la realidad del empleo. Este compromiso forma parte de nuestra razón de ser: en Instagi trabajamos cada día para impulsar la empleabilidad, la cualificación y la sostenibilidad de un sector que necesita talento y renovación”, añade Carlos Cestero Díez, director de Instagi.
El programa tendrá una duración de 15 meses, hasta septiembre de 2026. Durante ese tiempo se beneficiarán del mismo una treintena de personas en riesgo de exclusión. Entre ellas, mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad, personas mayores de 45 años en desempleo de larga duración y los jóvenes de entre 16 y 25 años en proceso de emancipación o con baja cualificación.
Actualmente, la tasa de paro en Gipuzkoa es de un 7,3%, siendo la cifra femenina 6 décimas superior a la de los hombres (7,6% frente a 7%). Por otra parte, como señala el informe #TuEdadEsUnTesoro, publicado por la Fundación Adecco en junio, el 80,4% de los perceptores del subsidio por desempleo en Euskadi superan los 50 años, siendo el porcentaje más alto de todas las comunidades autónomas y situándose casi 10 puntos por encima de la media nacional (70,6%). En concreto, un total de 16.089 personas mayores de 50 años cobran subsidio por desempleo en Euskadi, un 2,6% más que en 2024 y un 10,2% más que en 2020. Estos datos evidencian la creciente vulnerabilidad del talento sénior en Euskadi y la urgencia de poner en marcha medidas específicas de activación e inclusión laboral que eviten la cronificación del desempleo, garantizando que no se convierte en una transición forzada y precaria hacia la jubilación. Por último, la tasa de paro de los jóvenes menores de 25 años en Euskadi alcanza el 24,1%, es decir, triplica el índice para la media de todos los grupos de edad (7%).
Para que la iniciativa tenga el mayor impacto posible, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis territorial, que combina factores sociales, económicos y de trayectoria previa a la intervención por parte de la Fundación Adecco. Así, se han designado los municipios de Andoain, Irún, Lasarte y la zona este de Donostia. Estos municipios presentan una combinación crítica de vulnerabilidades estructurales y personas en situación de desventaja sociolaboral.
“Se trata de una iniciativa diseñada para llegar a quienes más lo necesitan, a quienes se enfrentan a barreras en su camino al empleo, ya sea por cuestión de edad o sexo. Nuestro objetivo es evitar que el desempleo, que en muchos casos se prolonga durante años, acabe convirtiéndose en una situación crónica.”, asegura Izaguirre.
Por su parte, Unai Andueza, diputado de Promoción Económica y Proyectos Estratégicos de la Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, añade: “La inclusión no es solo una cuestión de justicia social, sino también un factor clave para la competitividad de Gipuzkoa. Cada persona que logra incorporarse al mercado laboral aporta talento, experiencia y diversidad, elementos imprescindibles para fortalecer nuestro tejido productivo. Con iniciativas como TalentuaIndartuz avanzamos hacia un territorio más cohesionado, innovador y preparado para afrontar los retos de futuro sin dejar a nadie atrás.”
