TP España nombra a Ignacio de Montis nuevo Director Comercial.

Madrid, 10 de septiembre de 2025 – TP España ha anunciado el nombramiento de Ignacio de Montis Kramer como nuevo Director Comercial, con el objetivo de reforzar su estrategia de crecimiento en el
mercado español y consolidar su propuesta de valor basada en la innovación, la flexibilidad y la excelencia en la experiencia de cliente.
Con más de 25 años de experiencia internacional en liderazgo ejecutivo, transformación de operaciones y desarrollo de negocio, De Montis ha desarrollado su carrera en sectores como BPO, seguros, telecomunicaciones y hospitality, liderando grandes equipos y proyectos de transformación a escala global.
Entre 2018 y 2023, fue Director Global de Contact Centers en AIG, donde gestionó más de 65 centros en 20 países, con un equipo de más de 6.000 profesionales y un presupuesto de 150 millones de dólares. Durante este periodo impulsó la digitalización y automatización de procesos, así como la implantación de plataformas multicanal y sistemas avanzados de medición de la experiencia de cliente, logrando mejoras de eficiencia superiores al 20% y un incremento del 30% en satisfacción.
Previamente, ocupó posiciones de responsabilidad en AIG Latinoamérica, Transcom –donde lideró relaciones con clientes estratégicos como Apple, PayPal, BBVA y Santander–, Tele2 y Meliá Hotels International, acumulando una trayectoria sólida en gestión multinacional de operaciones y desarrollo
comercial. Ignacio es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad San Pablo CEU y domina cinco idiomas.
Con este nuevo puesto, la compañía refuerza su apuesta por un modelo consultivo, innovador y centrado en la experiencia del cliente, aportando un liderazgo comercial que combina visión estratégica y capacidad de ejecución en entornos complejos.
