Madrid, 27 de enero de 2025.- Responsables de almacén, ingenieros de procesos y puestos de management son los perfiles cualificados más demandados en la actualidad en el sector logístico en España, según los datos de Randstad, la empresa de talento número uno en España y en el mundo.
La logística demanda de manera destacada estos perfiles ante el dinamismo que presenta la actividad en los últimos años como consecuencia del avance del comercio electrónico y la recuperación experimentada por el consumo en la economía española tras el fin de la pandemia. Otros perfiles cualificados complementarios con una demanda importante en estos momentos son los de ingenieros de automatización, que se encargan de la buena operativa de los naves y almacenes logísticos.
“Desde Randstad hemos detectado en los últimos años una creciente demanda de profesionales especializados en logística, ya sea por empresas del sector u otras que buscan potenciar sus divisiones o áreas de logística”, señala Laia Cárdenas, team leader de Randstad Professional.
Según el informe Mercado de trabajo en el sector de la logística 2024 ,elaborado por Randstad Research, el sector logístico sumaba 836.000 empleados al cierre del cuatro trimestre del 2023, lo que representa casi el 4% del total de trabajadores en España. Por subactividades, el 50% de los empleados están especializados en transporte de mercancías, el 34% en almacenamiento y el 17% restante en tareas postales y de correos.
Características de los perfiles
Otras posiciones a destacar son los perfiles de operaciones, enfocados a mejora de procesos logísticos, teniendo en cuenta un entorno cada vez más automatizado en el que se requieren competencias fuertemente desarrolladas a nivel analítico y competencias digitales. Se trata de un sector con márgenes ajustados y la mejora y optimización de procesos cobra especial importancia para hacer las compañías más competitivas.
Retribuciones
Los sueldos de los perfiles enfocados en ventas se sitúan a partir de 30.000 euros anuales brutos para las posiciones de menor rango, siempre para perfiles con más de seis años de experiencia y en ciudades como Madrid y Barcelona, según el informe de Tendencias Salariales 2025 de Randsatd. Para empresas de tamaño grande o medio, un comercial puede ganar de media 42.000 euros, mientras que los directores comerciales se sitúan entre 55.000 euros y 85.000 euros, dependiendo de la dimensión del grupo.
En el caso de un responsable de almacén, su retribución para plazas como Madrid y Barcelona para perfiles con más de seis años de experiencia se sitúa entre 40.000 euros y 50.000 euros brutos al año. Finalmente, un director de logística en Madrid y Barcelona para perfiles a partir de seis años cobra de media 70.000 euros, algo menos en Bilbao (62.000 euros) y en Zaragoza (52.000 euros).
