La compañía se sitúa, de nuevo, en el top ten de la clasificación general de mejores empresas para trabajar, siendo la única cervecera presente en los primeros puestos del ranking.

Este reconocimiento reafirma el compromiso que Mahou San Miguel mantiene con las personas y destaca el trabajo realizado a través de su estrategia de gestión del talento, Sed de Avanzar. Enmarcadas en ella, la cervecera implementa diversas iniciativas innovadoras para fomentar el desarrollo profesional y el bienestar de su equipo, tanto en España como a nivel internacional, apostando por la diversificación, la innovación y la diversidad del talento.

Asimismo, el monitor ha analizado otros factores como las políticas de gestión de talento procedentes de 94 empresas.
