- En el comercio se firmarán 63.735 contratos, un 11,7% más, y será el sector que tirará de la creación de empleo. El sector del transporte y la logística generará 79.760 contratos, un 3,8% menos respecto a la campaña anterior y representará el 55% del total.
- La Rioja (+8,9%), Comunidad Valenciana (+6,9%) y Castilla-La Mancha (+5,8%) lideran el crecimiento por comunidades, mientras que Galicia (-1%), Cataluña (-0,3%) y Asturias (-0,2%) registrarán ligeras caídas en la contratación.
- Los perfiles más demandados para esta campaña son empaquetadores, carretilleros, mozos de almacén, transportistas, dependientes y personal de atención al cliente.
Madrid, 7 de enero de 2026.- Randstad , la empresa de talento líder en España y en el mundo, ha publicado sus previsiones de contratación para la campaña de rebajas de enero y febrero de 2026 para los sectores del transporte y la logística, además del comercio. Según los datos analizados, esta campaña generará en España un total de 143.495 contrataciones, lo que supone un aumento del 2,5% respecto al año anterior, cuando se registraron 139.950 contratos.
“La contratación para la campaña de rebajas registrará este año un ligero aumento gracias a unas perspectivas favorables del consumo, que impulsarán un incremento del empleo muy destacado en el comercio, en uno de los momentos más importantes del año”, señala Andrés Menéndez, director general de Trabajo Temporal de Randstad.
El sector del transporte y la logística continúa siendo el principal generador de empleo en esta campaña, con 79.760 contratos previstos, lo que representa el 55,6% del total, aunque experimentará un ligero descenso del 3,8% en el volumen de contratación. Por el contrario, el comercio experimenta un importante repunte en la contratación, del 11,7%, hasta las 63.735 firmas.

En términos absolutos, Cataluña (26.170), la Comunidad de Madrid (23.330) y Andalucía (23.215) destacan como las regiones con mayor volumen de contratos, acumulando en conjunto el 50,6% de todas las firmas previstas para esta campaña.
A nivel nacional, La Rioja se posiciona como la comunidad autónoma con el mayor crecimiento porcentual, con un incremento del 8,9%, alcanzando las 735 contrataciones. Le siguen Comunidad Valenciana (6,9%), Castilla-La Mancha (5,8%), Canarias (5%) y Cantabria (3,8%).
Por otro lado, tres comunidades autónomas registran ligeras caídas en la contratación: Galicia (-1%), Cataluña (-0,3%) y Asturias (-0,2%).
Disponibilidad, experiencia y rápida adaptación al puesto
Durante esta campaña, los sectores de comercio y logística siguen mostrando una gran actividad. En el ámbito comercial, que ha mantenido un comportamiento sólido en los últimos años, se seguirá buscando talento para puestos como dependientes, promotores, azafatos, perfiles comerciales y de atención al cliente, tanto en tiendas físicas como en plataformas de e-commerce.
Se valorará especialmente la cercanía en el trato con el cliente y las habilidades comunicativas de los profesionales. Entre las competencias más demandadas destacan el manejo de herramientas y plataformas digitales.
En cuanto a la logística, los perfiles con mayor demanda serán empaquetadores, carretilleros, mozos de almacén y transportistas. La flexibilidad, la capacidad de adaptarse a distintos entornos y el dominio de competencias tecnológicas serán esenciales para cubrir las necesidades del sector durante este periodo.
