La Fundación Adecco impulsa la inclusión laboral de 27.710 personas vulnerables en 2024, frente a un riesgo de pobreza y/o exclusión que alcanza al 55,4% de la población desempleada.
Madrid, 26 de mayo de 2025.- La Fundación Adecco presenta la Memoria Anual de actividad, documento que recoge los principales resultados del ejercicio 2024, año en el que la entidad celebraba su 25 aniversario, en un contexto económico que ha contribuido al dinamismo del mercado laboral, pero marcado por la persistencia de la exclusión y la desigualdad en España.
Estos son algunos de los principales resultados:
· En España, un 25,8% de la población (alrededor de 12,5 millones de personas) vive en riesgo de pobreza o exclusión social, una cifra que se eleva hasta el 55,4% entre la población desempleada, el valor más alto de toda la clasificación AROPE-. Este porcentaje se reduce al 16,2% entre las personas con empleo.
· «Que la tasa de pobreza y/o exclusión social alcance su mayor incidencia entre las personas desempleadas, superando el 55%, evidencia una realidad incontestable: el acceso al mercado laboral es un pilar esencial para la dignidad humana y un factor protector frente a la pobreza y la exclusión, que permite desarrollar un proyecto de vida autónomo y participar plenamente en la sociedad”, señala Enrique Sánchez, presidente de la Fundación Adecco.
· En este contexto, la Fundación Adecco presenta la Memoria de actividad de 2024, un ejercicio en el que ha acompañado a 27.710 personas en riesgo de exclusión social, generando 7.144 empleos para ellas. Estas cifras han sido posibles gracias a las 691 empresas que han apoyado el proyecto #EmpleoParaTodas las personas de la Fundación Adecco, así como a la implicación de 28 organismos de la Administración Pública, que han contribuido al desarrollo de diferentes programas de inclusión laboral.
· En total, la Fundación Adecco ha realizado una inversión social de 24,3 millones de euros para llevar a cabo su misión social.
· “No podemos entender nuestros resultados corporativos al margen de la realidad social de España. Todo cuanto hacemos tiene un propósito claro: dar respuesta al riesgo de exclusión y pobreza que viven millones de personas en nuestro país, y que se intensifica entre las personas que no trabajan- especialmente si tienen discapacidad, superan los 45 años y están en desempleo de larga duración o están al frente de una familia monoparental, entre otros-. Nuestro trabajo cobra sentido en la medida en que contribuye a construir una sociedad más justa e inclusiva, a través de la generación de oportunidades laborales reales y sostenibles en el tiempo”- señala Francisco Mesonero, director general de la Fundación Adecco.
15.809 personas con discapacidad atendidas, y 4.735 empleos para ellas
Las personas con discapacidad constituyen uno de los grupos de atención prioritarios de la Fundación Adecco.
Para garantizar su inclusión, se trabaja en itinerarios personalizados de empleo y, al mismo tiempo, se realiza
una intensa labor de sensibilización y adaptación en las empresas, con el objetivo de construir entornos
proclives y abiertos a las necesidades de las personas con discapacidad.
De este modo, se consigue que la obligación legal del 2% establecida por la Ley General de la Discapacidad, se
convierta en una oportunidad para generar excelencia empresarial.
El pasado año, la Fundación Adecco acompañó a 15.809 personas con discapacidad, logrando 4.735
empleos para ellas. “Cada contrato tiene detrás un itinerario de empleo personalizado al 100%. Nuestro equipo
está especializado en inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad en empresas ordinarias, y esto se
consigue trabajando intensamente las competencias profesionales, la orientación para realizar la búsqueda de
empleo, la intermediación laboral y su inclusión sostenible en el mercado laboral”, destaca Francisco Mesonero.
Los programas de empleo dirigidos a las personas con discapacidad se concretan en los siguientes:
- Discapacidad 360º. Programas de orientación e intermediación laboral para ayudar a las personas
con discapacidad que están en la fase más próxima al empleo, orientándoles para encontrar el puesto
más adecuado según sus intereses y perfiles. - Plan Familia. Programa integral de atención a personas con discapacidad desde edades tempranas
para incrementar su autonomía, desarrollo, formación y empleabilidad. - Cantera de Talentos. Talleres para el desarrollo de conocimientos, habilidades y competencias
básicas para mejorar la autonomía y la vida independiente de las personas con discapacidad
intelectual. - Salud Mental. Itinerario de orientación, formación e intermediación laboral para personas con
discapacidad psicosocial, combinado con la sensibilización al tejido empresarial para eliminar sesgos. - Proyecto Unidos. Programa de becas para la formación y orientación laboral a estudiantes
universitarios y de formación profesional (FP) con discapacidad.
De los 4.735 empleos para personas con discapacidad, un 24% fueron para personas con discapacidad
física; un 27% para personas con discapacidad psicosocial o mental; un 25% pluridiscapacidad; un 9,7%
personas con discapacidad intelectual; un 7% discapacidad orgánica y un 6,6% discapacidad sensorial.
La empresa, motor de cambio social
La colaboración con el tejido empresarial es un pilar clave para canalizar la misión social de la Fundación
Adecco. En el año 2024, 1.824 empresas contrataron a personas en riesgo de exclusión atendidas por la
Fundación Adecco, demostrando así la confianza del sector privado en el talento sin etiquetas, el modelo de transformación cultural de la Fundación Adecco para avanzar hacia empresas inclusivas.
Por otra parte, 691 empresas apoyaron el proyecto #EmpleoParaTodas las personas. “Muchas compañías
canalizan su apoyo a través de acuerdos de colaboración y donaciones –en parte vinculadas al cumplimiento de la Ley General de Discapacidad– que nutren nuestros proyectos de inclusión sociolaboral. Fruto de estas alianzas, el modelo de empresa inclusiva gana terreno en España, entendiendo que la diversidad en las plantillas no es solo una obligación legal sino también una fuente de valor añadido y excelencia”- comenta Enrique Sánchez.
Además del asesoramiento legal para cumplir con la Ley General de Discapacidad, gestionando el certificado de excepcionalidad y las medidas alternativas, las empresas colaboradoras apoyan y se implican en diversas iniciativas que contribuyen a avanzar en la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad y otras en riesgo de exclusión. “Las empresas son un actor muy relevante en el proceso de inclusión laboral y no queremos que nos den una donación y se desentiendan, queremos implicarlas, crear una cultura abierta a la diversidad, trabajar con sus equipos de dirección, selección y recursos humanos, adaptar sus procesos y asegurar de esa manera la contratación de personas con discapacidad”, comenta Mesonero.
También destaca la Alianza #CEOPorLaDiversidad, una iniciativa conjunta con la Fundación CEOE que reúne a casi un centenar de CEO comprometidos con la Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión como motor de cambio para reducir la exclusión y desigualdad en España.
La Administración Pública, un aliado clave para la inclusión
Al igual que las empresas, las Administraciones Públicas son actores clave para hacer posible la inclusión
laboral de las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad. En 2024, la Fundación Adecco puso en marcha 54
programas de empleo financiados por 28 organismos de la Administración Pública, con los que se
ofreció atención personalizada a 5.300 personas en riesgo de exclusión social.
Según Francisco Mesonero: “La colaboración con la Administración Pública es estratégica para avanzar hacia un mercado laboral verdaderamente inclusivo. La capacidad de impacto de nuestras acciones se ve multiplicada cuando se alinea con políticas públicas orientadas a la cohesión social y el empleo de calidad. La cooperación público-privada permite optimizar recursos, diseñar soluciones innovadoras y ofrecer respuestas adaptadas a las necesidades reales de las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad. Esta alianza es fundamental para construir un modelo sostenible de inclusión sociolaboral.”
24,3 millones de euros de inversión social
Enmarcado en el proyecto social de la Fundación Adecco y dando respuesta principalmente a 4 de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible establecidos por Naciones Unidas (ODS 1, 5, 8 y 10), la entidad invirtió el pasado año un total de 24.324.412€ en la generación de oportunidades de empleo para las personas más vulnerables del mercado laboral.
Esta inversión supone un 6% más respecto a la realizada en el año 2023. El 85% de los recursos económicos se dirigieron directamente a la misión social, mientras que el 8% se destinaron a administración y el 7% a captación de fondos.
