Madrid, 14 de marzo de 2025. En la quinta edición de los Premios de Telemarketing de Iberdrola, celebrados en la gala Call Talent, Konecta ha sido reconocida como Mejor Proveedor de Telemarketing 2024, además de ser galardonada en otras seis categorías.
Celebrada en el Campus de Innovación y Formación de Iberdrola, ubicado en San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid), esta entrega de premios tiene como objetivo reconocer la labor de los proveedores de telemarketing que han colaborado con la compañía a lo largo de 2024. El evento fue presentado por David Antón y Óscar Pascual, miembros del equipo de Telemarketing de Iberdrola, acompañados por Maitante Anguiano, responsable de Servicio al Cliente de Iberdrola España, quien abrió la gala dando la bienvenida a Manuel Solé, Sales Manager de Iberdrola. Solé destacó la complejidad inherente a este servicio y expresó su gratitud hacia los proveedores por su dedicación diaria frente a estos desafíos. «Nos gusta porque es difícil«, afirmó, subrayando el valor que la empresa otorga a la excelencia en este ámbito.
Asimismo, Konecta no sólo se alzó con el primer Premio al Mejor Proveedor de Telemarketing 2024, sino también fue premiada en las siguientes categorías: Mayor Cumplimiento de Objetivos de Ventas (Plata), Mayor Volumen de Ventas (Oro), Mejor ratio de ventas por hora (Bronce), Mejor Aprovechamiento de Base de Datos (Oro), Mayor número de horas (Plata) y Mejor Plataforma – Konecta Granada (Oro).
Durante la entrega, Enrique García Gullón, CEO de Konecta Iberia, fue el encargado de recoger los premios y resaltó la importancia que suponen estos galardones para la compañía, así como “el compromiso y esfuerzo del talento que trabaja en cada una de nuestras plataformas, pues sin ellos no sería posible ninguno de estos logros”.
La clausura de la gala corrió a cargo de Teresa Fernández Perales, nadadora paralímpica, escritora española y galardonada con el Premio Princesa de Asturias de los Deportes. Acompañada por Óscar Pascual y David Antón, Teresa compartió una inspiradora lección de vida, resaltando valores como la superación personal, al afrontar retos con resiliencia y determinación; la motivación, a través de estrategias para mantener una actitud positiva y alcanzar metas; y el liderazgo, con enseñanzas sobre cómo liderar con el ejemplo e inspirar a otros.
Tras esta inspiradora intervención y las palabras de clausura de Maitante Anguiano, los asistentes disfrutaron de un agradable espacio de networking. Este encuentro, amenizado con un cóctel en un ambiente festivo, brindó la oportunidad de felicitar a los galardonados por sus notables logros, reconociendo su esfuerzo y dedicación. Además, fue un momento propicio para compartir experiencias, fortalecer vínculos y reflexionar sobre los valores destacados a lo largo de la gala.
