Madrid, 4 de noviembre de 2025. Equifax, compañía global de soluciones de datos, analytics y tecnología, sigue reforzando su equipo directivo con la incorporación de Isabela Crespo como nueva responsable del área Legal y de Asesoría Jurídica de Equifax Iberia.
Desde su nuevo cargo, Isabela liderará la estrategia legal y de cumplimiento normativo de la compañía, asesorando a las diferentes áreas del negocio en cuestiones ligadas al derecho contractual, a la privacidad, la protección de datos, la ciberseguridad y los litigios. Otra de las responsabilidades asumidas por la directiva será la de desarrollar y consolidar el equipo legal de la organización, fidelizando y empujando al crecimiento a sus integrantes más destacados.

Isabela es una profesional con más de 20 años de experiencia y una prolongada carrera en Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, donde ha sido asociada senior del Departamento de Propiedad Intelectual y Tecnología y responsable del área de Protección de Datos, Privacidad, Digital y Tecnología. Previamente, también ha sido asociada en Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo.
La nueva líder del área Legal de Equifax Iberia ha asesorado a clientes nacionales e internacionales en materia de privacidad, ciberseguridad, tecnología, comercio electrónico, derechos de imagen y derecho del consumidor. También ha sido reconocida como una de los ‘Best Lawyers’ en Derecho de la Privacidad y la Protección de Datos de 2015 a 2025, y como ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ y ‘Rising Star’ por Legal 500.
Es licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad de Navarra y posee un Máster en Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones y la Tecnología por la Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
Por su parte, Carlos Alonso, continuará como Public Affairs Director & Institutional Relations aunque hará una transición del trabajo legal principal seguirá siendo un líder clave para Equifax Iberia centrándose en dirigir las Relaciones Institucionales, Gobierno Corporativo y Public Affairs, formando parte del Leadership Team de Equifax Iberia.
