El reconocimiento pone en valor el compromiso de la entidad con la salud psicosocial, la conciliación y la equidad en el ámbito laboral.
Bilbao, 31 de octubre de 2025. Gizagune se ha convertido en la primera organización del País Vasco en obtener el Distintivo de Empresa Saludable , otorgado por el Instituto de Seguridad y Bienestar Laboral (ISBL), tras un riguroso proceso de evaluación externa.
El reconocimiento, alcanzado en su nivel Bronce, acredita el compromiso de la Entidad con la salud, la conciliación, la equidad y el bienestar de las personas que integran su equipo.
El proceso de evaluación realizado por el ISBL ha valorado especialmente la gestión psicosocial desarrollada a través del método ICMA-37, ICMA-Diagnóstico y los programas de Bienestar y promoción de la salud mediante campañas anuales, así como la implantación de medidas consolidadas de conciliación, flexibilidad y desconexión digital.
Asimismo, se ha puesto en valor su liderazgo femenino y participativo, su cultura de comunicación cercana y horizontal, y su orientación a crear un entorno laboral saludable y sostenible.
Según Agustín Sánchez-Toledo Ledesma, Director del Instituto de Seguridad y Bienestar Laboral, “Gizagune representa el espíritu del modelo de Empresa Saludable: organizaciones humanas, coherentes y comprometidas con la salud integral de las personas. Su enfoque demuestra que el bienestar puede integrarse con éxito en la estrategia y en la gestión cotidiana.”
Por su parte, Yolanda Muñoz y María Eugenia Ramos, responsables de la Gizagune, han destacado que “este Distintivo reconoce el esfuerzo conjunto de todo el equipo por promover una cultura basada en la confianza, la igualdad y la salud emocional. Nos anima a seguir avanzando en la mejora continua y en el desarrollo de entornos de trabajo sostenibles y saludables.”
El Distintivo de Empresa Saludable del ISBL evalúa a las organizaciones conforme a diez criterios clave que abarcan la estrategia, la gestión de la salud y el bienestar, el liderazgo, la comunicación, la equidad y la cultura organizacional.
Con la obtención del nivel Bronce, de Gizagune consolida su compromiso con el bienestar laboral y la mejora continua, situándose como un referente en el ámbito social y en la promoción de entornos laborales saludables en Euskadi.
