El proyecto del apoyo del 0,7% del IRPF y la Fundación Adecco genera 633 empleos para personas en riesgo exclusión en la Comunidad Valenciana
- En lo que va de año, 990 personas residentes en la Comunidad Valenciana han accedido a alguno de los 17 programas de empleo, formación y sensibilización de la Fundación Adecco, financiados a través del 0,7% de la cuota íntegra en el IRPF.
- Estos programas forman parte de las iniciativas sociales que se financian gracias a la opción que tienen los contribuyentes de destinar un 0,7% de su declaración de la renta (IRPF) a fines sociales.
- Todos los programas se materializan en el apoyo a la inclusión sociolaboral de personas con discapacidad, mujeres en riesgo de exclusión, personas desempleadas de larga duración, familias en situación de vulnerabilidad, personas con VIH SIDA y personas con diagnóstico de salud mental en su inclusión laboral.
- En lo que llevamos de 2024 se han realizado 10.597 acciones para reforzar competencias y habilidades clave para la empleabilidad de las personas en riesgo de exclusión.
Valencia, 1 de octubre de 2024.- Ocho meses después del inicio de los programas de empleo procedentes de la asignación del 0,7 del IRPF —confiados por la Vicepresidencia segunda y Conselleria de Servicios sociales, Igualdad y Vivienda de la Generalitat Valenciana a la Fundación Adecco—, 990 personas han sido atendidas para mejorar su empleabilidad y se han firmado 633 contratos.
Estos programas forman parte de las iniciativas sociales que se financian gracias a la opción que tienen los contribuyentes de destinar un 0,7% de su declaración de la renta (IRPF) a fines sociales.
Se trata del sexto año consecutivo en el que la Conselleria y la Fundación Adecco trabajan conjuntamente, en pro de esta misión a través de 17 programas de empleo, formación y sensibilización. Todos ellos apoyan la inclusión sociolaboral de personas con discapacidad, mujeres en riesgo de exclusión, familias en situación de vulnerabilidad, desempleados de larga duración, personas con VIH SIDA o con diagnóstico de salud mental, entre otras. Concretamente, 11 desarrollan itinerarios profesionales para acercar el empleo a los beneficiarios. Otros dos acompañan a personas con discapacidad (tanto menores como en edad laboral) para incrementar su autonomía y empleabilidad a través del programa Plan Familia de la Fundación Adecco; dos más se centran en voluntariados corporativos para formar a mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad y a personas con discapacidad en habilidades para el empleo, promoviendo su acercamiento a las empresas; y otro de los programas está dirigido a la sensibilización a la sociedad para la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad. Por último, se está desarrollando un programa de equipamiento dirigido a apoyar con equipos informáticos y mobiliario que nos permite llevar a cabo los programas dirigidos a mejorar la empleabilidad de las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad.
En lo que llevamos de año (datos a 31 de agosto), la Fundación Adecco ha acompañado a un total de 990 personas en la mejora de su empleabilidad y desarrollo competencial, a través de 10.597 acciones para reforzar competencias y habilidades clave para la empleabilidad de las personas en riesgo de exclusión.
Para Ana Morant, coordinadora de Plan Familia e Integración e inclusión en Fundación Adecco en la Comunidad Valenciana, “cada contrato firmado en estos meses representa el éxito de la colaboración público-privada para cambiar la vida de las personas que más lo necesitan a través del empleo. Los datos obtenidos hasta el 31 de agosto nos llenan de optimismo y nos permiten confiar en que las cifras que alcancemos a final de año reflejarán un impacto aún mayor, consolidando nuestro compromiso con la inclusión social y laboral”.
