Barcelona, febrero 2025 – El Grupo Chalito, reconocido por su concepto único en el mercado gastronómico, las milanesas artesanales con toppings, acaba de incorporar a Diego López como Project Manager de la marca. Este profesional, formado en la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, tiene una reconocida trayectoria a sus espaldas. Nacido en Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a sus 32 años López está especializado en llevar a cabo la supervisión de obras en proyectos de retail de grandes grupos del sector de la restauración, ocio, deporte, banca, etc.

López es el primero en ocupar el cargo de Project Manager en Grupo Chalito. Entre sus tareas, se encuentra supervisar y garantizar el buen cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca en sus locales. Todo un desafío para este joven profesional, ya que llega justo en el momento en el que arranca la segunda fase del plan de expansión nacional. Esta contempla la apertura de nuevos establecimientos en centros comerciales de España, así como en el centro de Madrid.

Además, optimizaremos los recursos para abrir más restaurantes con menos inversión y, a medio plazo, colaboraremos en la entrada de franquiciados o en la implantación en otras ciudades españolas. Mi sensación es muy satisfactoria, ya que los primeros cambios se están llevando a cabo con entusiasmo”, ha declarado López.

“Diego López llega a Grupo Chalito inaugurando el puesto de Project Manager. Esto demuestra el crecimiento y consolidación de la marca, y su clara voluntad de seguir su proceso de desarrollo y expansión cumpliendo los criterios de excelencia que se ha marcado. Con la incorporación de Diego garantizaremos la estandarización de los conceptos de los locales y optimizaremos el gasto por metro cuadrado de obra”, ha explicado Juan Manuel Lema, uno de los cuatro socios de Grupo Chalito.
