Gi Group Holding, multinacional que ofrece soluciones 360º de RRHH, ha presentado su último Informe de Sostenibilidad, un documento que recoge los principales avances de la compañía en materia medioambiental, social y de gobernanza (ESG) y que consolida su modelo de negocio basado en el empleo digno, la inclusión y la gestión responsable.
El informe refleja cómo la compañía ha integrado los criterios ESG de forma transversal en su estrategia y en su operativa diaria, reforzando la transparencia y alineándose con los nuevos estándares europeos de información en sostenibilidad. Entre los principales hitos del ejercicio destacan la actualización del análisis de doble materialidad conforme a los estándares ESRS, la implantación de un sistema de indicadores ESG auditables y el fortalecimiento de los mecanismos de buen gobierno y cumplimiento normativo.
En el ámbito social, Gi Group Holding reafirma su compromiso con las personas como eje central de su actividad. En España, las mujeres representan el 83 % de la plantilla y el 86 % de los puestos directivos, un dato que consolida el liderazgo femenino dentro de la organización. Asimismo, Gi Group Holding ha impulsado iniciativas orientadas a la formación, el bienestar y la empleabilidad, con más de 14.000 horas de formación impartidas y programas específicos dirigidos a jóvenes talentos y colectivos en situación de vulnerabilidad.
