Social Nómadas arranca en Asturias para revitalizarsus pueblos y atraer talento.
Madrid, 13/03/2025 –El proyecto Social Nómadas, impulsado por Bel Consultores y
liderado por Beatriz García Fanjul, ya está en marcha en Asturias con el objetivo de atraer
nómadas digitales, emprendedores y familias a municipios rurales y fomentar su
desarrollo económico y social.
Revitalización de zonas rurales
Social Nómadas nace como respuesta al reto del despoblamiento rural. La iniciativa busca
convertir las zonas rurales en destinos atractivos para quienes buscan un cambio de vida,
ofreciendo infraestructura, oportunidades de empleo y emprendimiento, opciones de
vivienda y una comunidad acogedora.
Un centro para la innovación rural
Este proyecto se materializa en el Centro de Capacitación Tecnológica y
Acompañamiento al Emprendedor, ubicado en Santibanes de la Fuente. Desde allí, se
trabaja en la creación de una red de municipios comprometidos con la acogida de
nuevos pobladores, conectando personas y oportunidades para fomentar el desarrollo
económico y social de la región.

● Plataforma digital que conecta oferta y demanda de vivienda, empleo y servicios.
● Intermediación personalizada para alquileres, reservas de alojamiento y trámites
administrativos.
