Madrid, 3 de septiembre de 2025. DEKRA, organización global de referencia en el campo de la inspección, certificación y consultoría, ha anunciado el nombramiento de Juanjo Hernández como nuevo director de Recursos Humanos para España. Este nombramiento se enmarca en la estrategia de DEKRA para consolidar su liderazgo en el mercado español como referente en seguridad, sostenibilidad y digitalización. La compañía, con más de 48.000 profesionales en el mundo y presencia en 60 países, ofrece servicios que contribuyen a crear un futuro seguro y sostenible para personas, activos y el medioambiente.

En su nueva etapa en DEKRA España, Hernández será responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia global de Recursos Humanos, alineada con la visión de potenciar a la compañía como referente en España en seguridad, sostenibilidad e innovación. Entre sus principales funciones destacan liderar los procesos de atracción, desarrollo y retención de talento, impulsar programas de formación y planes de carrera, promover la diversidad, la inclusión y el bienestar laboral, así como fortalecer la cultura organizacional centrada en la excelencia y el compromiso. El directivo se incorpora al Comité de Dirección de la compañía.

«Me uno a DEKRA con gran ilusión y con la responsabilidad de impulsar una agenda de personas que permita alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía”, afirma Juanjo Hernández. “Mi prioridad será traducir las necesidades del negocio en iniciativas de talento que contribuyan a su crecimiento, consolidar una cultura centrada en el compromiso y la excelencia y reforzar el posicionamiento de DEKRA como una organización atractiva para el desarrollo profesional de sus equipos”.

Juanjo Hernández es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y cuenta con dos másteres: uno en Gestión y Dirección de Recursos Humanos y otro en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. A lo largo de su carrera profesional ha ocupado distintos cargos de responsabilidad en el área de Personas de grandes multinacionales de los sectores tecnológico, de gran consumo, banca y consultoría.

Antes de incorporarse a DEKRA, Hernández desarrolló gran parte de su carrera en Amazon, donde ocupó distintos cargos en el ámbito de Recursos Humanos con alcance internacional. Su trayectoria está marcada por un enfoque estratégico con un papel activo en la alineación de las estrategias de personas con los objetivos de negocio. Durante sus más de 20 años de experiencia ha liderado equipos y proyectos internacionales en entornos altamente competitivos, complejos y en constante evolución, impulsando el compromiso y la productividad.

En paralelo a su experiencia corporativa, Hernández ha mantenido una estrecha vinculación con el ámbito académico y de divulgación del liderazgo, colaborando como docente en programas de posgrado y MBA de distintas instituciones educativas.

Con este nombramiento, DEKRA refuerza su apuesta por el talento como palanca clave de crecimiento, eficiencia operativa y sostenibilidad. La incorporación de Juanjo Hernández supone un paso adelante en la transformación del área de Personas, con el objetivo de acompañar el desarrollo de negocio de la compañía en España a través de una gestión estratégica de los recursos humanos.
