ISS y Cruz Roja Española amplían su colaboración para impulsar la inserción laboral de personas en situación de vulnerabilidad.
- El convenio, que amplía la colaboración iniciada en 2014, contempla brindar oportunidades de empleo a personas en riesgo de exclusión social, a través de programas de formación práctica, orientación personalizada y opciones reales de inserción laboral.
- El acuerdo incluye campañas de sensibilización para eliminar estigmas y promover la contratación inclusiva, contribuyendo a una sociedad más equitativa y cohesionada.
En el marco de su compromiso con la inclusión y la justicia social, ISS España, empresa líder en integración de servicios, como limpieza, mantenimiento, workplace y Facility Management, ha renovado su acuerdo de colaboración iniciado en 2014 con Cruz Roja Española para promover la integración sociolaboral de colectivos vulnerables o en riesgo de exclusión social.
El acuerdo firmado por ISS y sus centros especiales de empleo GELIM, establece un marco de colaboración que permitirá canalizar ofertas laborales de la compañía líder en integración de servicios hacia personas participantes en el Plan de Empleo de Cruz Roja, facilitando así su integración en el mercado de trabajo. A través de este convenio, ambas entidades trabajan de forma coordinada para posibilitar que estos colectivos puedan acceder al mercado laboral y el trabajo les permita recuperar las riendas de su vida.
Una de las piedras angulares del convenio es el encaje real de los perfiles con la demanda de los puestos a cubrir. Las personas beneficiarias tendrán acceso a formaciones especializadas, diseñadas a medida para responder a las necesidades del sector. Estas acciones incluyen la posibilidad de realizar prácticas formativas no laborales (PFNL) en centros de trabajo donde ISS presta servicios, generando un valioso puente entre la formación teórica y la experiencia práctica.
Asimismo, Cruz Roja e ISS se comprometen a colaborar en campañas de sensibilización dirigidas a eliminar estigmas y promover la contratación de personas en riesgo de exclusión social. Iniciativas como “Contrata Sin…” visibilizan las capacidades y el talento de estos colectivos, apostando por una sociedad más equitativa y cohesionada.
Ambas entidades han acordado constituir una comisión mixta de seguimiento que garantizará la correcta ejecución del convenio y fomentará una evaluación continua de sus resultados. Esta alianza se enmarca en el compromiso compartido de ambas organizaciones con la Agenda 2030 y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, especialmente en lo relativo al trabajo decente y la reducción de desigualdades.
“Este acuerdo refuerza nuestro compromiso y el de nuestros clientes con la generación de oportunidades reales para quienes más lo necesitan. En ISS creemos firmemente que un entorno laboral inclusivo no solo mejora la vida de las personas, sino que también enriquece a las organizaciones y a la sociedad en su conjunto”, ha declarado Eulalia Devesa, directora de Sostenibilidad Social en ISS España.
Maika Sánchez, directora de Empleo en Cruz Roja Española, ha subrayado: “La colaboración con empresas como ISS es fundamental para avanzar en la misión de Cruz Roja: acompañar a las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad hacia una inclusión plena. Esta alianza demuestra que la responsabilidad social puede traducirse en acciones concretas y transformadoras”.
Esta alianza reafirma el compromiso de ISS con un modelo de negocio sostenible e inclusivo, demostrando que la colaboración entre el ámbito empresarial y el social no solo es posible, sino esencial para avanzar hacia una sociedad más justa y humana.
