Casi tres de cada cuatro trabajadores de oficina en España ya han utilizado la inteligencia artificial en su trabajo.
Un estudio de Cegid elaborado por OpinionWay revela que España supera en algunos aspectos a países como Francia en la adopción de IA en el entorno laboral y resalta tanto el optimismo de los empleados como el compromiso de las empresas por fomentar esta tecnología frente al resto de países vecinos.
El 67% de los usuarios de IA en España expresa un sentimiento exclusivamente positivo, superando a Francia, Alemania y Portugal. Además, los empleados españoles son los más curiosos, los más confiados y los menos precavidos en cuanto a las herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
Solo el 12% de los empleados españoles no muestra interés en la IA, cifra considerablemente inferior al 23% de Francia.
La inteligencia artificial se está imponiendo poco a poco en las oficinas europeas, lo que está provocando una evolución tanto de las prácticas profesionales como de las herramientas cotidianas. Cegid, líder europeo en soluciones de gestión en la nube para profesionales de las finanzas (tesorería, fiscalidad, ERP), recursos humanos (nóminas, gestión del talento), contabilidad, comercio minorista y emprendimiento, ha querido medir de forma concreta el lugar que ocupa esta tecnología en la vida de los empleados. Para ello, OpinionWay encuestó a empleados de España, Francia, Portugal y Alemania con el fin de analizar sus usos, sus obstáculos y sus percepciones. Los resultados muestran que la inteligencia artificial ya es una herramienta consolidada en el día a día de las oficinas españolas, de hecho, el 73% de los trabajadores afirma que ya ha utilizado la IA en su trabajo, una cifra significativamente superior a la de países vecinos como Francia (58%).
El estudio sitúa a España como líder en adopción y en visión positiva hacia estas tecnologías en el trabajo. Dos de cada tres usuarios españoles manifiestan sentimientos exclusivamente positivos ante el uso y perspectivas de esta tecnología, superando a Francia, Alemania y Portugal, donde lo hacen algo más de la mitad. Además, los empleados se muestran optimistas respecto a su impacto: cuatro de cada diez creen que la IA generará nuevas oportunidades para quienes sepan adaptarse y un 31% que contribuirá a mejorar la calidad de vida en el trabajo. Por el contrario, solo uno de cada diez empleados españoles no muestra interés en la IA, cifra considerablemente inferior al casi uno de cada cuatro de los trabajadores franceses encuestados.
En el plano emocional, la curiosidad es la actitud predominante frente a la IA, con un 52%, muy cerca
de Alemania (54%). Los trabajadores españoles también destacan por su mayor confianza, casi el doble
que en Alemania (29% frente a 17%), y por mostrar un nivel de preocupación inferior al de sus vecinos
europeos, ya que apenas dos de cada diez muestran este sentir. Asimismo, la posible deshumanización
de las relaciones laborales inquieta a algo más de una cuarta parte en España, frente a casi cuatro de
cada diez en Francia.
Pese al entusiasmo, la conciencia ambiental sigue siendo limitada: solo el 41% de los trabajadores
españoles tiene en cuenta el impacto energético de la IA, frente al 57% en Francia. La mitad cree que
consume lo mismo que una búsqueda en internet y un 22% incluso menos. Esto representa una oportunidad para avanzar en sensibilización y transparencia sobre el uso responsable de la tecnología.
Compromiso empresarial
En España, más de la mitad de las empresas fomenta el uso de la inteligencia artificial y una de cada dos
ya ofrece herramientas a sus empleados. El país también sobresale por registrar la menor tasa de
reticencia empresarial entre los cuatro analizados, con poco más de una de cada tres compañías aún reacias.
La adopción avanza gracias al impulso de las organizaciones y a la actitud de los trabajadores, especialmente los menores de 40 años, que se muestran más cómodos con esta tecnología. El
teletrabajo, además, actúa como catalizador, al derribar barreras que antes limitaban su implementación.
Otro dato significativo es que más de ocho de cada diez empleados informa a su responsable directo
cuando utiliza IA, frente al 74% en Francia, y en un 83% de los casos lo refleja en los documentos
generados. En cuanto a los usos más frecuentes, en todos los países la IA se emplea principalmente para
redactar correos, notas y resúmenes. En España, destacan además el uso de herramientas externas con
suscripción empresarial, casi la mitad, y la IA integrada en aplicaciones de oficina, con casi cuatro de cada
diez. Sin embargo, la adopción de soluciones internas propias de la empresa es menor, apenas dos de
cada diez, en comparación con Francia, donde lo hace más de una de cada tres compañías.
